Snuggle Squad HubEffective October 7, 2026
Snuggle Squad Hub (“the app”) is a private household app operated by Sean Ramalho for use by his household. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have.
Information is used only to provide the app’s features: showing the household’s shared calendar and keeping the connected calendars in sync. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any unrelated purpose.
Synced events and household content are stored in the app’s private database. Sign-in credentials for connected calendars (Google access and refresh tokens, and iCloud app-specific passwords) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. The app is protected by a household passcode, and all traffic uses HTTPS. Only the app’s operator can access the database.
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone. Data is exchanged only between the app and the calendar services you choose to connect (Google, Apple, and optionally Microsoft), solely to perform the sync described above.
Snuggle Squad Hub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing calendar sync feature, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide that feature or to comply with law, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
Data is kept while your calendar is connected. You can disconnect any calendar inside the app, which removes its stored credentials. You can also revoke access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your stored data deleted, email s3ram3@gmail.com and it will be removed.
The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
